Forest Preserve RULES!
(our family organizer will be FINED if you break the FP rules)

 

• No pets
• No cars beyond parking lot - do not drive up to shelter
• No glass containers - beer cans and plastic are OK
• No fire in shelter
• No firecrackers, firearms, or explosives
• No amplified music (without permit)

WHEN AND WHERE:

• Sat, Aug 11, 2018
• 9am - dusk (Rain or Shine)
• Shelter #10 (same place as always)
• Dan Ryan Woods Forest Preserve
• Chicago, Il

POTLUCK

• Bring food to share
• Friends, co-workers, and family welcome

CHECK-IN

• Unload your car in the parking lot
• Register each and every person in your family at the Check-in table
• Get and print a name tag for every person in your family

GROUP PHOTO OP

• approximately 4pm-ish
• bring cameras

1. Hand your camera/phone to the photographer(s).
2. Assemble around Aunt Alma Richmond.
3. Tall people in back row. If you are tall, move to back rows
4. Short people and children in front row.
